TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. About The Creatrix Coop
The Creatrix Coop is a curated, non-commercial collective operated by an individual. It connects independent Creatrix with businesses seeking creative services through introductions, visibility, and collaboration opportunities.


The platform is not an employer, agency, marketplace, or guarantor of work.
It does not process payments or generate revenue at this time.
Each Creatrix operates as an independent business.


2. Eligibility & Participation
Participation in The Creatrix Coop is by invitation or approval only.
To be listed or featured, a participant must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate, current, and truthful information

  • Meet the standards and criteria set by the operator

 

The operator of The Creatrix Coop reserves the right to approve, decline, pause, or remove participation at their discretion.

 

3. Independent Contractor Status
Creatrix listed on the platform are not employees, partners, or agents of The Creatrix Coop or its operator.

The platform does not:

  • Set pricing

  • Control how work is delivered

  • Manage timelines or outcomes

  • Act on behalf of a Creatrix in business dealings

 

All work agreements are made directly between a Creatrix and a business.

 

4. Platform Role & Limitations

The Creatrix Coop:

  • Curates and presents Creatrix profiles

  • Facilitates discovery and connection

  • Does not guarantee work, income, or outcomes

 

The operator is not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of services provided by a Creatrix.

5. Payments & Fees
The Creatrix Coop does not handle payments, invoicing, or financial transactions.
Any payments, fees, or commercial arrangements are agreed directly between a Creatrix and a business.
If monetisation, memberships, or fees are introduced in the future, these terms will be updated accordingly.


6. Content & Intellectual Property
A Creatrix retains ownership of their work unless otherwise agreed with a business.
By participating in The Creatrix Coop, a Creatrix grants a non-exclusive right to:

  • Display their name, profile, biography, and work samples

  • Use submitted content for platform promotion, marketing, and editorial purposes

 

Each participant confirms they have the rights to all content provided.


7. Conduct & Representation
Participants agree not to:

  • Misrepresent skills, experience, or availability

  • Engage in deceptive, unlawful, or exploitative behaviour

  • Act in a way that damages trust in the collective

 

The operator may remove participants whose conduct undermines the integrity or values of The Creatrix Coop.

 

8. Disputes
The Creatrix Coop and its operator are not responsible for resolving disputes between a Creatrix and a business.
All project terms, scope, deliverables, and payments should be agreed upon directly between the parties involved.

 

9. Removal & Termination
A Creatrix or business may be removed from the platform at any time if:

  • Information provided is inaccurate or misleading

  • Platform standards are no longer met

  • Continued participation presents risk or misalignment

 

Removal does not affect existing agreements between a Creatrix and a business.

 

10. Liability Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is”.
The Creatrix Coop and its operator are not liable for:

  • Loss of income or opportunity

  • Project disputes or outcomes

  • Indirect or consequential damages

 

Participation is at the discretion of the parties involved.

 

11. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated as the project evolves.
Continued participation indicates acceptance of the current version.

 

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the individual operating The Creatrix Coop at the time of use.
